Privacy Policy

Account data. Email address, display name, password hash (we do not store your raw password), and optional Google account identifiers if you sign in with Google.

Usage and content. Prompts, generation settings, project names, presets, campaign briefs, and the videos or images you create or upload.

Connected social accounts. If you connect Instagram, we receive OAuth tokens and basic profile data (such as username and account IDs) so we can publish on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted.

Payments. If you buy credits or enable auto top-up, Stripe processes the card. We store a Stripe customer id, a payment method id, and the card brand/last four so we can charge a saved card off-session. We do not store full card numbers.

Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to:

• Provide the studio, generate video, and store your assets
• Connect Instagram and publish posts you request
• Run credits, billing, and fraud prevention
• Improve reliability and debug failures
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We share data with vendors only as needed to run VideoHub by Asphero:

• OpenRouter — prompts, media, and job metadata to generate video
• Stripe — checkout, saved cards, and auto top-up
• Meta / Instagram — if you connect an account, to authenticate and publish
• DigitalOcean — hosting, database, and file storage

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use connected social accounts for advertising on our behalf without your action in the product.

We keep account, generation, and social-connection data while your account is active. You may delete generations in the studio. You may disconnect Instagram at any time; we then stop using those tokens for new posts. You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected].

You can access or update profile information in the studio, disconnect social accounts, and decline to connect Google or Instagram. Where required by law (including GDPR or CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

VideoHub by Asphero is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
