Terms of Service

VideoHub by Asphero is an AI video studio. It lets you generate, store, compare, and (if you connect social accounts) publish short videos through third-party models and platforms. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and at least 13 years old (or 16 where required).

Some generation uses credits. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are consumed when a job is submitted. If you enable auto top-up, we charge the saved payment method when your balance falls below your threshold or a job needs more credits than you have. We may refund credits when a generation fails on our side. Fees already paid to model providers may be non-refundable. Prices can change with notice in the product.

You retain rights in prompts, uploads, and outputs you create, to the extent the law and the model providers allow. You grant Taneja Helix One Inc. a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate VideoHub by Asphero — including sending it to OpenRouter and Meta/Instagram when you use those features.

You are responsible for the legality of your prompts, uploads, and posts. Do not generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates Instagram or model-provider rules.

Connecting Instagram is optional. When you connect an account, you authorize us to obtain tokens and to publish videos and captions you request (including scheduled campaigns). You can disconnect at any time. Meta’s terms also apply. We are not responsible for account bans, takedowns, or API changes by Meta.

You may not:

• Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Bypass credit, paywall, or rate limits
• Use the service to create malware, scams, or CSAM
• Infringe others’ IP, privacy, or publicity rights
• Misrepresent that outputs are human-created where disclosure is required

Generation quality, availability, and safety filters depend on OpenRouter and the underlying model providers. Social features depend on Meta. Their outages or policy changes can affect VideoHub by Asphero.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. Taneja Helix One Inc. DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to VideoHub by Asphero is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal or security risk. Sections that should survive (including payment, content license for completed jobs, disclaimer, and liability) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. If you continue to use VideoHub by Asphero after an update, you accept the new Terms.
